The Management Team: Key Personnel

Mrs. Rondeau is the President of The Management Team, which she established in 1998. With over 25
years experience in real estate property management in Las Vegas, Nevada and Southern California,
Marna has created a company and built a staff that meets and exceeds her strict customer service
requirements. A resident of Las Vegas since 1982, Ms. Rondeau's vast knowledge of the market is
invaluable to her clients. Marna currently maintains a Nevada Broker's license and Property Management
Permit. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified
Property Manager Candidate and Certified Shopping Center Candidate.

Ms. Bridge brings nearly 20 years of property management and accounting experience with her to The
Management Team. Kammy is a licensed salesperson and holds a Property Management Permit.
Capitalizing on the strength of her property management and accounting staff, she is able to consistently
provide the level of service her cleints have come to expect. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Southern Utah University and attended graduate school at the University of California Irvine. Kammy has
lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years and brings her knowledge of the city to her job on a daily basis.

Mr. Tobler has over a decade of experience with real estate in Southern Nevada and Southern California. Mr.
Tobler started in commercial real estate in 1996 with Americana Commercial in Las Vegas. Since then, he
has been involved in numerous project developments including the development of Horizon Point Shopping
Center, Boulder Crossing Shopping Center, and Hollywood and Lake Mead Shopping Center. He has leased
and/or sold numerous projects over the years in Las Vegas, from vacant land to multi-tenant office buildings.
His diverse background in all facets of commercial and land development gives him the expertise to help you
realize your goals. Also, Mr. Tobler is an active investor in real estate projects across the country. Mr. Tobler
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Baker University in the Midwest and is a
licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada. And finally, Mr. Tobler is a member in good standing of the Las
Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Neiger has been with The Management Team since early 2006. A native Las Vegan, Steve is a licensed
Salesperson and holds a Property Management Permit. Prior to joining The Management Team, he held
numerous positions in the public and private sectors. A former small business owner his self, Mr. Neiger is
very familiar with the needs and operations of our retail tenants. Since joining the team, Steve has excelled in
providing our tenants with property management services, as well as managing both reactive and proactive
maintenance projects such as building renovations and reconstruction, parking area improvements including
ADA compliance, Xeriscape conversions, and new construction. He is also the founder of Commercial
Property Managers Against Crime (www.cpmac.org). Steve Neiger holds a B.S.B.A. in Business
Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude with Department Honors from the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas. He has also attended graduate school at U.N.L.V.
